Paper Submission Instructions

Please submit one electronic copy of your paper in Adobe PDF format or Postscript.

The the electronic submission procedure will be available soon.

The submission should not exceed 5,000 words.
Papers that exceed the length limit or that cannot be viewed using either Adobe Acrobat Reader or ghostview may not be reviewed.
The official submission receipt deadline is June 1, 1999 (Midnight EST).

Papers may be submitted for blind review at the option of the authors.
