Authors must use this form (unless absolutely impossible) to submit draft Micro-32 papers for review. The form will ensure proper registration of your submitted paper. If you want to submit more than one paper, simply use the form once for each paper.

Only in a real emergency may you circumvent the form-based submission process. Server slowness under load does not constitute an emergency. On the other hand, an extended server "crash" making forms use impossible for extended times might. Only then, use the following emergency submission procedure. Email the identifying information that the form would have collected to ronny.ronen@intel.com with your paper's postscript or pdf file uuencoded/attached. Identifying info provided must include at least paper title, some keywords, and corresponding author name/affiliation/email. To ensure proper identification of your paper, more information from more form fields is strongly recommended.

This form attempts to use a " file select and upload " protocol to transmit your paper file, embedded within the form data, to our "Micro" server. Most recent browsers now support this protocol. To make file selection easy, this protocol presents a "Browse" button next to the file naming field(s) of the form. Even if your browser does not support the protocol (no "Browse" button is presented), you still need to use this form as the first step of your submission process. The second step will then be to send us your paper's actual postscript or pdf file in specifically formatted email, as instructed during form completion.
To support Micro-32's reviewing process, draft papers submitted for review must be as described in the Paper Development and Submission Guide. This submission form collects identification information that is maintained separately from the draft paper itself.

After completing and submitting this first form page, you will be presented another page from which to verify information and finalize your submission. After successfully completing all steps of the submission process, you will receive confirmation email.
Recommended web browsers

Netscape is preferred because it is thoroughly tested with and known to work well with this form and related scripts. However, if netscape is unavailable to you, we now believe that all key problems/interactions between Internet Explorer and this form/scripts have been corrected so that Internet Explorer should work also. (If you must use Internet Explorer, we advise a PC-based version over the new, less-proven Unix-based version.)
Version 3.0 of either browser is considered a minimum requirement. Newer versions, 4.0 or beyond, are highly recommended.

CAUTION!!: AVOID CARRIAGE RETURNS in the title or other single-line fields below or your submission may die! (While most newer browsers refuse carriage returns in such contexts, early Internet Explorers will accept them and pass them on. However, we don't want them!)
