In addition to symbols you have created for your own components,
MAX+PLUS II also provides libraries containing a number of standard
components. These libraries include:
- prim: Contains primitives, such as basic gates (and2, or2, not),
latches, and flip-flops.
- mf: Contains macrofunction components such as multiplexers,
decoders, adders, multipliers, and stacked latches and flip-flops.
- mega_lpm: Contains Altera's Library of Parameterized Modules
(LPM) megafunction components, a number of high-level components which
can be configured to meet specific design goals.
